INSURANCE & BILLING
We are a cash pay practice and are out of network with all insurances. Payment is due in full at the time of service.
We provide a Superbill (a detailed receipt) that can be submitted to insurance for reimbursement. Feel free to ask us questions about the process. We are here to help! Here are links to reimbursement forms/procedures for the more common insurance plans:

CANCELLATION POLICY
Missed appointments and appointments cancelled with less than 48-hours notice may be charged the full appointment fee.
INCLEMENT WEATHER
We will send an update on the portal if clinic has to be virtual only.
AFTER HOURS & EMERGENCIES
For established patients, we do not provide 24/7 care and ask you to go to the emergency room in an event of an emergency.
If it is not an emergency, please reach out through the patient portal.
CUSTODY DETERMINATION & LEGAL PROCEEDINGS
We partner with NW Family Psychology for bilateral custody evaluations and ask you to contact them directly. Our work with a child cannot be legally oriented if in a therapeutic relationship.
