INSURANCE & BILLING
We are a cash pay practice and are out of network with all insurances. Payment is due in full at the time of service.
We provide a Superbill (a detailed receipt) that can be submitted to insurance for reimbursement. Feel free to ask us questions about the process. We are here to help! Here are links to reimbursement forms/procedures for the more common insurance plans:

CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that schedules can change. However, missed appointments or cancellations made with less than one week’s notice are subject to the full appointment fee, and refunds cannot be provided.
INCLEMENT WEATHER
We will send an update on the portal if clinic has to be virtual only.
AFTER HOURS & EMERGENCIES
For established patients, we do not provide 24/7 care and ask you to go to the emergency room in an event of an emergency.
If it is not an emergency, please reach out through the patient portal.
COURT & LEGAL PROCEEDINGS
